The excess of 800 lbs of Wahoo, Yellowfin tuna and Yellowtail which I caught on the Excel in February 1998, was processed, vacuum packed, fillet, smoked, jerky by your smokehouse in the utmost professional manner.

I have already given out substantial quantities to my clients, business associates, friends and I will provide to our Temple Bat Yahm Purim Carnival on March 8, 1998, to serve approximately in excess of 500 people.

My wife and I also catered two luncheons a year to Stoner Avenue Elementary School, in south L.A., where our daughter is a special education teacher for the entire faculty and workers. We provided almost 100 lbs of tuna salad, smoked fish, jery, fried wahoo, pressure cooked jars for the year and holidays.
