preparing and packaging your fish for you. Our crew has been
working together for 15 years and have over 67 years of combined
fish processing experience. We can have your processed
fish ready and packed in free shaved ice in as little as two hours.
If you want, we can ship to you anywhere in the continental U.S, or
you can come back and pick it up Tuesday through Sunday, no
appointment necessary. If you call ahead, we can even
arrange to meet you here off hours if that is your need. You

We pick up your fish at the landing and
put it in an ice water slush immediately. We take it to our processing
facility and hold it under optimum refrigeration until we process it
to meet your needs. Your tag follows your fish
through all of the processing steps, to ensure that the processed
fish you receive is the same fish that you caught. Your fish
is labeled with your tag number, species, and date of processing to
ensure that you get the kind of individualized service that you
should expect. The bags that we use are the finest quality 3 mill Nylon
Poly-Vac bags available. We cut no corners here and your
packages are guaranteed not to leak. Our blast freezer freezes
your finished packages to -15 degrees F in just a couple of hours.
If kept frozen and cared for properly, your packaged fish will be
premium quality for at least a year. We offer processing options other than just
filleting and packing. Mario's
Famous Fish Jerky
is the
standard of fish jerky everywhere. We are the only facility
with a band saw. We can cut your fish into perfect steaks just
to suit your needs. We also are the only processors to offer
free flaked ice for the trip home, not lumpy chunk ice that can
damage your fish.
